"3 Rights You Have After a Car Accident That Insurance Companies Hope You Don't Know"
Educational carousel or short video. Teach real legal rights (right to your own doctor, right to not give a recorded statement, right to legal counsel). End with: "Need help? Call Law4U at 1-888-848-5294 — ask for [Your Name] or DM me."
"The #1 Mistake People Make After an Accident (That Costs Them Thousands)"
Hook-based Reel/TikTok. Reveal: talking to the other driver's insurance without representation. Close with: "Don't let this happen to you or someone you love. Call Law4U — ask for [Your Name] — or DM me right now."
"What Actually Happens When You File an Injury Claim" — Timeline Explainer
Visual timeline showing the process step by step. Demystify the legal process. People are scared of lawyers — make it feel accessible and safe.
"I Wish Someone Told Me This After My Accident" — Story Format
Share an anonymized client story. Someone overwhelmed who almost missed their window. Show how guidance changed everything. Close with: "Don't let this happen to someone you love. Call Law4U — ask for [Your Name] — or DM me."
"Save This for Someone Who Needs It" — Quick Reference Card
Shareable graphic: what to do at the scene, what to document, who to call, what NOT to say. Include "Call Law4U 1-888-848-5294 — ask for [Your Name]" on the card. Make it so useful people save and share it.

"Why Having the Right Attorney Matters More Than You Think"

"Your Case Has a Deadline — Here's Why That Matters"

Morning Check-In Routine — The First 15 Minutes
Post your IG Story, check birthdays, comment on 5 stories. Do this before 9 AM every day. Consistency > intensity. Show up daily and the algorithm rewards you.
The 10-10-10 Engagement Method
Every day: 10 genuine comments, 10 story replies, 10 new follows. This isn't spam — it's showing up. The algorithm sees engagement and pushes your content higher.
Content Batching Day — Film 7 Videos in 1 Hour
Set aside one day per week. Film 7 short tips (one per day). Same outfit different background tricks. Batch-create, then schedule throughout the week.
WhatsApp Broadcast Strategy — The "Green Dot" Method
Every evening, check who's online (green dots). Send a personal voice note or message. People who are active NOW are more likely to respond and engage.
Story Viewer Funnel — Turn Views into Clients
Post a question sticker or poll on your Story. DM everyone who responds with a genuine follow-up. Once rapport is built, drop: "By the way, if you ever know anyone in an accident, have them call Law4U and ask for [Your Name] — or DM me." Warm conversations = warm leads.
"Ask Me Anything About What to Do After an Accident" — Live Q&A
Go live on IG or TikTok. Answer general questions (not legal advice — awareness only). Pin a comment: "Need help? Call Law4U at 1-888-848-5294 — ask for [Your Name] or DM me." Lives build authority AND the algorithm LOVES live engagement.
Build a Referral Loop — "Send Them to Me"
Ask your best contacts: "If anyone you know is ever in an accident, have them call Law4U at 1-888-848-5294 and ask for [Your Name], or just send them my number." When they refer, thank them publicly. Referral loops compound — one person can bring you 5 clients.
Partner with Local Businesses — Chiropractors, Tow Trucks, Body Shops
Leave flyers with YOUR name and number. These people see accident victims FIRST. Tell them: "Have anyone in an accident call Law4U at 1-888-848-5294 and ask for [Your Name]." Build the relationship — they become a pipeline for you.
"Community Protector" Bio & Brand Positioning
Update your IG/TikTok bio: "Helping accident victims get the right attorney | Call Law4U — ask for [Your Name] | DM me for help." Make it clear, make it personal, make it easy for someone to reach YOU specifically.
The "Grateful Client" Repost Cycle
When a referred client has a positive outcome, ask them to share their story. You repost it with: "This is why I do what I do. If you or someone you know needs help, call Law4U and ask for [Your Name] or DM me." Social proof from real people is 10× more powerful than any ad.
🧠 HOW THE ALGORITHM ACTUALLY WORKS
Every social platform uses an algorithm to decide who sees your content. Understanding it is the difference between 50 views and 50,000. Here's the truth about each platform — and why our trust-based approach wins on all of them.
🎵 TikTok
How it works: TikTok shows your video to a small test audience first (300-500 people). If they watch, like, comment, share, or rewatch — it pushes to a bigger audience. Then bigger. Then the For You Page. The key metric is watch time. If people watch 100% and replay, you explode. Why our approach wins: Educational "did you know" content gets HIGH watch time because people genuinely want to learn. "Call now" content gets skipped in under 1 second. Teach something real and they'll watch twice.
📸 Instagram (Reels, Stories, Feed)
Reels: Works like TikTok — watch time and shares are king. Reels that get saved and sent via DM get the biggest push. Stories: Algorithm prioritizes accounts you interact with. That's why the engagement tasks matter — the more you comment and DM, the more your stories appear at the FRONT of people's feeds. Feed: Engagement within the first 30 minutes determines reach. Post when your audience is active. Why our approach wins: Helpful content gets SAVED. Pushy content gets scrolled past. One save = 10 likes in the algorithm's eyes.
How it works: Facebook prioritizes "meaningful interactions" — comments, shares, and reactions from friends matter more than likes from strangers. Facebook PENALIZES engagement bait ("tag someone who…"). Groups get 5-10× more reach than pages. Facebook Stories are underused and get shown to almost everyone. Why our approach wins: Genuine conversations in comments trigger the algorithm. When a friend comments "this happened to my cousin," that thread pushes your post to hundreds more people. Real conversations > fake engagement.
📺 YouTube Shorts
How it works: YouTube Shorts uses a similar test-audience model to TikTok but weighs click-through rate and subscriber conversion heavily. If people subscribe after watching your Short, YouTube pushes it hard. Why our approach wins: "3 things to know after an accident" is the kind of content people subscribe for. It signals authority. YouTube wants to keep people on the platform — educational content does that better than ads.
💬 WhatsApp / Messenger
How it works: No algorithm — messages go directly to people. But broadcast lists let you reach hundreds at once. Voice notes get 3-5× higher open rates than text. Status/Stories on WhatsApp are seen by 50-80% of your contacts (way higher than IG). Why our approach wins: Personal voice notes feel like a friend checking in. Copy-paste messages feel like spam. One genuine voice note can generate 10 conversations. That's your unfair advantage.
THE GOLDEN RULE: Every algorithm pushes content that keeps people on the platform. Content that feels human and helpful does that. Content that feels like an ad makes people scroll. Play it smooth, get more reach, get more leads, make more money. The subtle approach isn't soft — it's strategic.
🔄 The New Model
OLD: Post → Push → Ask → Repeat (feels like spam)
NEW: Educate → Relate → Engage → Help → Convert (feels like a friend)
This isn't just nicer — it makes more money. Trust-based content gets higher engagement, more shares, better algorithm placement, and more qualified leads who actually sign retainers. People refer their friends to people they trust. That trust = your commission.

MARKETING TOOLS 📚
Scripts, templates, and reminders. Every script ends with YOUR name. That's how they become YOUR client.
DM Outreach — Subtle but Direct
"Quick question — if someone you know was recently in an accident, do you know if they're being taken care of properly? A lot of people don't realize their rights early on and it can cost them. If they need help, have them call Law4U at 1-888-848-5294 and ask for [Your Name] — or just DM me directly."
Video CTA — Close Without Pressure
"If you or someone close to you is dealing with an accident, make sure you understand your options before talking to insurance. That part matters more than people think. Call Law4U at 1-888-848-5294 — ask for [Your Name] — or DM me right now."
Story Reply — Warm but Clear
"Hey! If you or anyone close to you ever needs help after an accident — I'm the person to talk to. I connect people with the right attorneys. Call Law4U and ask for [Your Name], or just DM me. I got you."
WhatsApp Voice Note Script
"Hey [Name], hope you're doing well. Quick thing — I've been helping people get connected to top attorneys after accidents and it's been going really well. If that ever comes up for you or anyone you know, just tell them to call Law4U at 1-888-848-5294 and ask for [Your Name]. Or just send them my number. I'm here."
Story Content — Transformation Focus
OLD: "Client got $XX settlement" → NEW: "Someone came to us overwhelmed, didn't know what to do. We connected them with the right team and within weeks they had clarity, support, and a path forward. This is what we do every day. DM me or call Law4U — ask for [Your Name]."
Birthday Message + CTA Drop
"Happy Birthday [Name]! 🎂 Wishing you an amazing year ahead. Hey by the way — I help people get the right support after accidents. If you or anyone you know ever needs guidance, call Law4U and ask for [Your Name] or just DM me. Just want you to know I'm here!"
Remember This Always
We are NOT attorneys. Never give legal advice. Say: "Law4U connects you with licensed attorneys." Never guarantee outcomes. Always close with "Call Law4U and ask for [Your Name] or DM me." That's how you own the lead.
Your Brand Voice
You're a knowledgeable friend who also happens to close. Every message should feel like guidance from someone who genuinely cares — and who makes it easy to take the next step. Always end with YOUR name and YOUR contact. That's what separates marketers who eat from ones who don't.
MARKETER TRAINING CENTER 🎓
Know the process inside and out. When you understand what a client goes through, you close better, answer questions smarter, and earn their trust faster. This is what separates amateurs from closers.
- 🛑 Stay at the scene. Leaving the scene of an accident in Florida is a crime — even a minor fender bender. Stay put until police arrive.
- 📞 Call 911 immediately. Even if injuries seem minor. A police report is critical evidence for any future claim. No report = weak case.
- 🏥 Get medical attention. Even if they feel "fine." Adrenaline masks pain. Many injuries (whiplash, soft tissue, internal bleeding) show up hours or days later. Tell them: "Go to the ER or urgent care TODAY."
- 📸 Document EVERYTHING. Photos of all vehicles from multiple angles, the intersection/location, traffic signs, skid marks, weather conditions, and any visible injuries. The more photos the better.
- 🔄 Exchange info with all parties. Full names, phone numbers, insurance company + policy number, driver's license numbers, license plate numbers.
- 👀 Get witness info. Names and phone numbers of anyone who saw what happened. Witnesses can make or break a case.
- 🤐 DO NOT admit fault. Don't say "I'm sorry" or "It was my fault." Even being polite can be used against them. Just exchange information and wait for police.
- 🚫 DO NOT talk to the other driver's insurance. This is the #1 mistake. Insurance adjusters are trained to minimize payouts. Tell them: "Don't give a recorded statement until you have an attorney."
⚠️ YOUR SCRIPT: "If someone you know was just in an accident — tell them to take photos of everything, don't talk to the other driver's insurance, and call Law4U at 1-888-848-5294. Ask for [Your Name]. We'll take it from there."
- 📋 Police/Accident Report — File number from the responding officer. Can be obtained from the local police department or Florida Highway Patrol within 10 days.
- 📸 Photos & Videos — Scene photos, vehicle damage, injuries (bruises, cuts, swelling), road conditions, traffic signals. Timestamp matters.
- 🏥 Medical Records — ER visit records, doctor notes, MRI/X-ray results, physical therapy records, chiropractic visit logs, prescription receipts.
- 💰 Medical Bills — Every bill from every provider. Even ambulance bills. These prove economic damages.
- 🚗 Insurance Information — Their own policy (PIP, BI, UM coverage), the at-fault driver's insurance info, any correspondence from insurance companies.
- 💼 Proof of Lost Wages — Pay stubs, employer letter confirming missed work, tax returns if self-employed. Lost wages are recoverable damages.
- 📝 Personal Journal — Daily notes about pain levels, emotional state, activities they can't do anymore. This documents "pain and suffering" damages.
- 🔧 Repair Estimates / Totaled Vehicle Docs — Body shop quotes, insurance adjuster reports, rental car receipts.
- 👤 Witness Statements — Written or recorded statements from anyone who saw the accident or can speak to the impact on the client's life.
⏰ Statute of Limitations — 2 Years (Changed in 2023)
As of March 24, 2023, Florida reduced the statute of limitations for personal injury claims from 4 years to 2 years. This means clients have only 2 years from the date of their accident to file a lawsuit. This is why speed matters. The sooner they call, the better their case.
⚖️ Comparative Negligence — Modified System
Florida switched from "pure" to "modified" comparative negligence in 2023. If a client is found to be more than 50% at fault, they recover NOTHING. If they're 30% at fault, their award is reduced by 30%. Example: $100K case with 30% fault = $70K recovery. This is why telling them NOT to admit fault is critical.
🏥 PIP (Personal Injury Protection) — Florida's No-Fault System
Florida is a no-fault state. Every driver must carry PIP insurance, which covers up to $10,000 in medical bills and lost wages regardless of who caused the accident. BUT — clients must seek medical treatment within 14 days of the accident or they lose their PIP benefits entirely. This is why we push immediate medical attention.
💰 Types of Damages They Can Recover
Economic damages: Medical bills, future medical costs, lost wages, property damage, out-of-pocket expenses. Non-economic damages: Pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of enjoyment of life, mental anguish. Punitive damages: Rare, but possible in cases of extreme recklessness (DUI accidents, etc.).
🚫 When to Step Over the Threshold (BI Claim)
To go beyond PIP and sue the at-fault driver for full damages, the injury must meet Florida's "serious injury" threshold: significant/permanent loss of a bodily function, permanent injury, significant scarring/disfigurement, or death. Most accidents with real injuries qualify — this is where the attorney earns their fee.
📋 No-Fault vs. At-Fault Explained Simply
No-fault (PIP): Your own insurance pays your first $10K regardless of who's at fault. At-fault (BI claim): If injuries are serious, you can sue the person who caused the accident for the full amount of your damages. This is where the real money is — and where having the right attorney matters most.
⚠️ REMEMBER: You are NOT an attorney. Never give legal advice. Your job is to educate, build awareness, and connect people with Law4U. Say: "I'm not a lawyer, but I know the right people. Call Law4U at 1-888-848-5294, ask for [Your Name]."
14-Day Rule — The Most Important Deadline
In Florida, if a client doesn't see a medical provider within 14 days of the accident, they lose ALL of their PIP benefits ($10,000). Insurance companies use this as the #1 reason to deny claims. Every lead you submit should be told: "See a doctor within 14 days or you lose your benefits."
Why Chiropractic Visits Matter
Consistent chiropractic treatment does two things: (1) It helps the client heal. (2) It documents ongoing injuries for the case. Insurance companies look at treatment gaps — if a client stops going to the chiropractor, the insurance says "they must not be hurt that bad." 3 visits per week is standard for the first 8-12 weeks. This is why we track chiro visits in the pipeline.
The Treatment Timeline
Week 1: ER or urgent care visit → get referred to chiropractor and orthopedic if needed. Weeks 1-12: Chiropractic care 2-3× per week, physical therapy if prescribed. Month 3-6: MRI if pain persists, specialist referrals, possible injections. Month 6+: Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI) determination, then the attorney negotiates the settlement.
What is Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI)?
MMI is when the doctor says the client has healed as much as they're going to heal. Settlements are negotiated AFTER MMI because that's when the full extent of damages is known. Settling too early = leaving money on the table. This is why we track treatment and make sure clients don't drop off.
Insurance Adjusters Are NOT Your Friend
Their job is to pay as little as possible. They're trained to get recorded statements, find reasons to deny claims, and pressure people into quick, lowball settlements. The #1 thing a client should do: never talk to the other driver's insurance without an attorney.
The 3 Insurance Policies Involved
1. Client's PIP: Covers first $10K in medical/lost wages regardless of fault. 2. At-fault driver's BI (Bodily Injury): This is where the real settlement comes from. Florida minimum is only $25K/$50K. 3. Client's UM (Uninsured Motorist): Covers the client if the at-fault driver has no insurance or not enough. Many people don't know they have this coverage.
Why Quick Settlements Are Bad
Insurance companies offer quick settlements because they know the case is worth MORE than what they're offering. Once a client signs a release, it's over — they can never come back for more money, even if their injuries worsen. This is why having an attorney matters. Attorneys know the real value.
What You Should Tell Leads
"Don't sign anything from the insurance company. Don't give a recorded statement. Don't accept a quick check. Call Law4U first — we'll connect you with an attorney who will fight for what your case is actually worth. Call 1-888-848-5294, ask for [Your Name], or DM me."
